Forms that have been permanently deleted will still have the form history retained within your RPM. To access the form history of deleted forms, click the Top Menu >> Setup >> Deleted forms on the right side menu of the page as shown in the screenshot below.
The page will show you which user has trashed the form as well as the date that it was trashed. Clicking the History will display the form information history.
