Although Training Type is an optional process to the Training Tracking system, we do recommend that you include this process in your setup. Tracking Training Types will keep your data organized and will enable better filtering. Examples of Training Types are Training Certificate and On-The-Job Training. 


To enter a Training Type click + Start.



Enter a Type Name and click OK.



Repeat this step for all the Training Types you have. 




When you are done entering all Training Types, or want to review all Training Types in the future, navigate to the view.






If a Training Type is no longer required, edit the Training Type form and change the Status to Inactive. This will automatically archive the form (because we have configured this workflow during setup) and remove it from the list of Training Types available to be chosen. 






If you want to view all Training Topics for a specific Training Type, navigate to that Training Type form and click Referenced in.
