The Add/Edit form button will allow you to add a new form or edit an existing form without leaving the one you are currently working on. This option will be available for Reference Fields that are referencing other processes in your RPM subscription.
Adding a Form Within a Form
Start a new form.
Select the + Add button beside the reference field.
It will open up a window that will allow you to fill in fields on that form. After filling out the information, select OK.
Once the form is created, the form reference will automatically be updated.
Editing a Form Within a Form
When editing a form you can edit referenced forms.
Click Edit beside the process form reference field.
A window will appear that will allow you to edit/update information. After editing the information select OK.
